  Please delete my site so that I can start fresh with different theme with same domain name in wordpress. Thank you

  Deleting the site will also remove your .wordpress.com address.
  

  So, if you want to start fresh, instead of deleting the site you can make your site empty and can create a site from zero on the same address.
