  I created an old WORDPRESS site years ago and I wish to DELETE it along with all the information!

  To delete your WordPress.com account, you can follow the steps in this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
  Do note that deleting your WordPress.com account will also delete all of the sites you own and also all of the content.

  Hi,

  If I am not wrong, you want to delete the website not the account.

  Log in to your account.
  Goto the setting.
  You will find an option to delete your website permanently.

  Instead of deleting your website, You have an option to empty your website and start all over again
