  Hi! It looks like you deleted your posts already; do you still need help?

  Also, going forward, you really don’t have to delete your old content to redesign a site: it’s possible to change the look and feel while leaving your content intact. Your posts are all in the trash currently if you want to bring those back! You’ll just want to hurry, since the trash auto-empties periodically; then they’d be gone for good.
