Please delete self-hosted blog from my WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  I recently deleted my self hosted blog http://www.thebutlerdidit.eu, however I forgot to disconnect it from WordPress / Jetpack before doing so, and now I’m still seeing it appear on my WordPress.com dashboard along with receiving email notifications that my blog is down.

  Please could you remove it for me?
