  As you mentioned, your site is self-hosted, which would mean you would be looking for support from wordpress.org, rather than here, at wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed that site for you, but for future reference you should also be able to do it yourself from My Site ->Settings for the particular site:

  Disconnect Jetpack Sites

  The self-hosted forums have no ability to help someone disconnect a Jetpack-connected site from their WordPress.com account, so this is the correct place for them to ask for help with this.
