  To “delete the people looking at my page and get a new audience” you can set your site to Private, as follows:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  But to get a new audience, your site needs to be available, so, the best option is to create a new site, because there isn’t a way to prevent the readers to access your site. You can start a new WordPress.com site on the link below:
