Hi there,
You cannot delete the site at https://nksc538990229.wordpress.com/ because the site is locked due to a chargeback you filed against us in August 2019 for the renewal payment of your personal plan and domain, mynksc.com.
When you dispute a charge with your bank instead of just asking us for a refund, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee, and you will only be able to delete your site once you’ve paid that fee to unlock your site.
