  Hello,
  I do not want my account to be billed for the auto-renewal that is coming up in the next 29 days (according to the email I received). I never was able to configure the site to work in a satisfactory way, and I no longer have an interest in using the service.

  Hello,
  To disable auto-renew, go to your manage purchases page and cancel the upgrade.
