  Hello! Please inform me, how to get out of your billing machine. I have no interest any more in your web host space. It is paied until next year. But I do not want you to charge me any more. Please tell me how the next steps are. Thank you very much.

  What upgrade do you want to cancel, and on which site?

  If you’re not sure what site the upgrade is for, please search for the most recent charge on your credit card statement at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
