Please downgrade me from Premium to Personal

  Hi, would like to downgrade from Premium to Personal Plan upon expiry of my Premium Plan on December 12, 2016.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Auto-renew is disabled on the Premium Plan, so it will expire on 13 December. Once it expires, you can then buy the Personal Plan in its place.

  That is the only “DIY” method to downgrade. The other option involves us manually removing Premium from your site, and then you buy Personal instead.
