Please explain how email following works

  Hi! I’m new to blogging with WordPress and am confused by the email follower function. If someone follows my site, does their email become available to me? How do I access it? Supposing 100 people follow me and I have access to their email, can I upload those addresses as a list? thanks in advance for your help!

  Nothing. They simply receive your blog posts via email when you make them.
