Please explain relations between domain and WordPress profile and subscriptions on WordPress

Hello,
I have set up my own website using WordPress files, but I downloaded a zip and uploaded onto my own ftp domain caccount.
What is the relation of this profile to my website? There are two different email addresses used.
If I delete this profile, will this delete my site as well?

Hi there, your @gosiapytel83 here is used for services by Automattic, including WordPress.com (the hosted site service), Jetpack, Simplenote, Gravatar, etc.
As far as I can tell, your site isn’t connected to those services, except perhaps to show your thumbs-up Gravatar. Removing this won’t remove your site.
