  I need customer service to please close my Mystical Tours site. I have removed everything I can from it, but I have a theme that can’t be deleted; so, I cannot delete the site ever, apparently. Just…close it. I’m tired of trying to figure out how to contact you privately, and I’ve done everything I can on my end.

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed the theme as requested. However, we cannot delete the site for you. Only an account that is an admin on the site can do that.

  Please don’t post into threads created by other users.

  And as I said above, we cannot delete a site at request, and we definitely cannot do it at request from an account that has no association with the site in question.
