Please give me the Nameservers

    Dear WordPress Managers,
    I want to show the content of my wordpress blog ianbaumeister.wordpress.com under my own Domain that I have from another provider. In order to do that I need or IP adress or nameservers (as recommended in article before: we encourage people to add our nameservers rather than IP addresses). Please provide me the nameservers for ianbaumeister.wordpress.com

    Hello, thank you for the answer, Ok I see, pity I cannot show the content of my blog under a different domain registered with another company.

    Using a custom domain with a WordPress.com site requires a paid plan.

    I see the starter Plan on WordPress costs EUR 5 per month.

    For example if I register a desired domain with WordPress, do I have to pay both for the domain per year and for the payment plan on WordPress EUR 5 per month?

    That’s correct, yes, as the domain you bought somewhere else, and the hosting service we provide to you, are two different services provided by two different companies.

    Also note that our plans are billed yearly, so you’ll need to pay for a full year at the time of purchase.

    Hello, may I quote you “domain you bought somewhere else”…
    I mean if i BUY ANOTHER DOMAIN URL WITH WordPress, do I also have to pay the basic Upgrade fee of EUR 5 /month (besides the domain cost per year that Ill pay also to WordPress) ?

    I’m not mentioning any more another company… only domain registration and usage of this domain for my wordpress blog.

    Hi there,

    If you registered a new domain with WordPress.com, the price of that domain will be included in the Starter Plan for the first year, and then will be in addition to the EUR 5/month (charged yearly).
