Please guide the visitors of my wordpress.com-blog to my new website

  Hallo, I changed my website last spring. Now jimdo.com is my host. But I had my wordpress-site still in the internet, because it was clicked so very often. Is it possible that you lead the visitors of my adress: https://gabrielekoenigsart.wordpress.com/ directly to my new website (www.gabrielekoenigs.de). This would be great!!!! And for sure, I would pay for this service, if someone of your team could install this for me. Thanks in advance for your help! Gabriele Koenigs
