  I accidentally changed my theme/background. I either need to get it back the way it was prior to last night or delete it entirely. Can you please help me to this?

  You are currently running Wu Wei. Before that, you ran Twenty Twelve, and before that, Sketch.

  You may remove or change the custom background at either of the following two locations:

  1. classic dashboard > Appearance > Background — https://believejustbelieve.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-background

  2. classic dashboard > Customize > Colors & Backgrounds.
