  I don’t understand why not renewing an old URL that we no longer want to use (cerasagrouprenos.com) would affect our new primary blog address (thecerasagroup.com). We are up-to-date on all other payments and switched to thecerasagroup.com as the primary domain about a year ago. It’s frustrating to not be able to access our site because of what seems like an issue with something we no longer use.

  Is it showing the new name as primary?

  Yes, it is showing Thecerasagroup.com as primary.

  But then when you go to http://www.thecerasagroup.com it says cerasa group renos (the old address) expired 57 days ago…?

  @mlvee , you should be able to click cancel on the expired domain, but as it’s long expired, I was able to remove it for you. If you’re still seeing the warning (others are not), close and re-open you browser and it should go away. Cheers!
