Please Help

Im doing a project for school which requires us to make a wordpress blog and add from facebook a share button, like button and a follow button and the same from Google+. I thought I could use a plugin but dont have an option for that. And I dont know where to find the files to edit anything I’m so confused.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogger installed plugin capability and the ability to upload third party themes does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.
