  I wrote weeks ago, but cant seem to find a reply.

  I am on wordpress.com have been having real problems. So much so, I barely write anymore.

  It says something about Jetpack not installed – then when I click on it, it says that I do not have access to this? (I didn’t think I could install plugins on wordpress.com?)

  Due to this, I have a constant error exclaimation mark next to my blog. It will NOT save drafts, constantly it says draft not saved.

  Please can someone help? Or how do I speak to someone from wordpress to resolve this? My site has had nearly 4 million hits the last few years, I hardly write there anymore as it is too difficult to write.

  Okay, you have to install the wordpress jetpack. Just click on Plug-in – add new, then do a search for wordpress jetpack, install and activate it. Problem should be solved.
