  My site inner-wild.org is down. I’m not sure why, I think I need to update the payment info but I haven’t received any notices from you. My site being down right now is having a direct impact on my business. Please help ASAP!

  Could you go to your Domains dashboard page at https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/inner-wild.org and see which domain is set as your Primary Domain?

  Try setting inner-wild.org as your Primary Domain, if it is not already.

  You can set a Primary Domain by clicking on the domain name in the above page and clicking Make Primary button on the right.

  The name servers seem to be pointed to WordPress.COM but there does not seem to be any domain mapping –
