  I am trying to pay for my domain registration and I CANNOT! it keeps sending me to the upgrade page this is the worst situation I have ever encountered. My log is transferred to wordpress.org so I don’t want to upgrade. I NEED TO RENEW MY DOMAIN BEFORE IT EXPIRES please contact me – and don’t send me another note that I just have to hit manage my purchases because it does not work.

  Hi there!

  Sorry about the trouble you’ve been having getting this renewed! There was something odd going on with the site/domain ownership and your user account/another user attached to the site. I’ve untangled it now, so please try again.

  Go to: wordpress.com/purchases

  Click the domain name, then click Renew Now, then you’ll be on the screen to enter you’re credit card information.
