  I just got a message from a fellow blogger, that he tried to click on my name and my site came back as it has been deleted. I did delete it a few weeks ago, but now I am back and want to use it as usual. Can you help?

  When I click on your link, it takes me to your site. If it had been deleted, then you would receive a message stating the author has deleted this site, rather than seeing content.

  In saying that, it has never been deleted, as once a site is deleted, you aren’t able to get it back. It becomes unavailable for you or anyone else to use.

  Are you maybe referring to specific posts that you previously deleted from your blog?

  Ah, I see what you’re saying now.

  The site you deleted was https://thehungarianchick.wordpress.com/

  There’s a slight difference in the blog address you mentioned needing help with, rather than the one you deleted.

  Since that site has been deleted, you aren’t able to get it back, as I mentioned above.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
