  I accidently set my permalink to custom thinking I was changing my button and it messed up my site. I get a forbidden error. how can I restore my dashboard so I am able to access it again.. when I reset my password, the dashboard dosn’t show my theme and it is back to like I am starting over!..

  any suggestions?

  If you changing permalinks then you are not hosted on WordPress.COM since we can’t change them here.
