  i cannot edit my website. http://www.pcmoto.co.uk

  i think i may need to change the blog address? as it still shows .wordpress.com and when i go to to edit it just takes me to a one page blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.

  Hi cannot understand this. i used to have no problems atal with this site and the domain and now i do.

  the domain is pointing at wordpress and there is no problems with the domain.

  the domain doesnt have to be hosted by wordpress in order to continue building the site?

  what do i need to do to rectify this problem?

  i log in to my account and it just comes up with a blog which is pcmoto1.wordpress.com? i need to edit my website http://www.pcmoto.co.uk

  is there anyone i can talk to via phone?

  wpadmin does not work for pcmoto.co.uk but it used to.

  what are the next steps please. this is madness how im not getting help.

  the host for the domain say there are no problems there end?

  please just outline how to rectify this problem as it used to work and no it doesnt

  so do i need a paid plan or something in order for it to work again?

  i paid for it to be mapped with wordpress and it still didnt work? so wp refunded me and said it should be ok now as domain back with vidahost.
  but no change.

  As darnelldibbles said (and he is a staff member), your site is powered by WordPress, but not hosted here at WordPress.com. This forum and its staff members can only access sites hosted by WordPress.com. You said it yourself: your site is hosted by Vidahost.

  To restore access to your site, you should go to https://wordpress.org/support/
  (You may have to create a WordPress.org account to post there.)

  For more information on the difference between self-hosted WordPress sites (like yours) and WordPress.com-hosted sites, please read:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  There is no phone support at WordPress.com and there is no use buying an upgrade from WordPress.com, as those only work for sites hosted here.

  You’re at the wrong support forum. This forum is for sites hosted on WordPress.com, not for the self-hosted WordPress.org software.
