  Hello, it is me again:) I have a new question. I want to show the posts like a newspaper website format for example at the top of the page there will be a wide part showing posts one by one, and there is a little numbering bar underneath the picture starting from 1 to 15. You can see the page of http://www.hurriyet.com.tr
  Is there any chance of doing this in WordPress themes?
  Another question; I have a gif animeted logo. Looks like a film strip . Can I activate it?

  Hi @grafidyaforeigntrade!

  For something like that, you would want to look at the themes that include Post Sliders:

  They won’t necessarily have the exact same format, or numbered navigation, but they will let you cycle through selected posts and link to them with images :)

  An animated GIF logo will work on some themes, but not others – you’d need a theme that lets you add the image without cropping it. Cropping will disable the animation.

  When adding the header/logo, if the theme supports an animated image, you’ll see a “Skip Cropping” button while adding your image.

  There isn’t a specific filter for images with that option, but this list might be a good starting point:
