  I’m so confused! I purchased the upgraded plan and it charged me and then gave me the option to purchase anissa theme so I also paid for that and now I have no idea how to activate it. It looks like the anissa theme was just a download? help!

  Aloha imhuckleberry, You are not able to install new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted sites.

  What kind of theme are you wanting to add? Are there specific features you want or is it more of the look?
