Please help

Dear WordPress, please enable the “like” button for non-wordpress users so they can like my posts without creating an account. Please do no give me “the we are like Facebook analogy” because you are not. You serve a different purpose and people join your community solely to write stuff. You are limiting your audience to only writers and therefore limiting my potential and probably others who must have complained about this before. This is the third and final time that I’ll beg you to consider this option because the next it bothers me, I’ll say goodbye to WordPress. Check your stats, check the follower to like ratio of any particular blog. Tell me how many bloggers are still active. This is not just for my benefit, it will also open a great opportunity for WordPress too.

    Hi there,

You have posted this same request five times over the last two weeks. Your request is legitimate, but posting it over and over again won’t help.

There is an option using Ratings to have people interact with a page that haven’t signed up or in to WordPress.com.

If that’s not sufficient for what you want, @timethief already suggested what you might do about it regarding contacting developers: use the ideas forum.

What else would help you satisfy your request?

    Best,
    Jesse
