  I’m trying to delete my account COMPLETELY.

  Hi there!

  I’m trying to delete my account COMPLETELY.

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. They can, however, be emptied and become inactive.

  If you wish to leave WordPress.com, you can easily empty and delete your site. Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.

  Hi @djfvlsnv,

  Sadly, there is no way to delete a WordPress.com account completely once created.
  You can instead leave your account inactive by following this:

  1) Delete Site linked to your account
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  2)Unsubscribe all email notifications by checking the checkbox ‘Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com’ on link below
  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  3) Change your password to random string and leave the account inactive.

  4) Change email address under Account Settings. This will help in creating another WordPress account in future with same email id as every WordPress account is linked to unique email id.

  Also, you can empty your profile and personal details by adding fake/dummy information to the following page –
  https://wordpress.com/me

  This way you can make sure that all of your data is dummy as the original data is overwritten with dummy strings.

  This is WordPress.com forum. If you are able to login here then you can login to your WordPress.com account as well. However, if you are trying to access WordPress.org with same credentials then it won’t work. You need to create separate account with WordPress.org.
