PLEASE HELP

I have a wordpress blog hosted with JustHost and some time ago I did an holding page with a free theme from “upthemes”.
Now I would like to start a blog on that space but the holding page doesn’t have a way to go to my administrator wordpress page and dont know what to do.
Should I contact Justhost?
I have also put my details on wordpress.com site and it has been recognized but I cannot access the holding page.
I will appreciate any help…
