I’m trying to get past this part but it will not allow me to, because it says I need to make a payment, which I have like an hour ago. I’ve already spoken to someone about this and when they tried to help me, I was taken to another page because I had to register with wordpress.com. When I did I will asked for
the same information again which was what would you like for your website address to be and also personal information questions and then the plan that I wanted and payment information has already been to this same site or page 3 times and I don’t know how to get past this without asking someone personally to please help me? So if you could help me I would be so very grateful. Thanks in advance for your time.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the address of the site for which you paid?
The account you’re using to post here owns only the free site, http://mypostencephalitischildorg.wordpress.com/, has never bought anything from us, and I also don’t see any other support requests in this account, so I think you might have created a new account instead of logging back into the one that you used to buy a paid upgrade.
If you can give me the correct address for your site, I can help you figure out the correct account you need to use to access it.
