Hello please help both my websites have disappeared offline. My domains with 123 are upto date but I’m wondering am i supposed to be paying to WordPress my ex boyfriend designed and hosted my sites for a while then i moved from him to 123 so I do not know if thsi is thereason they have gone is there a yearly subscription? x

Can you please clarify the website’s address/URL?
Your site may not be hosted on WordPress.com but on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. You’ll find the difference here:https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I can view both sites from my browser, try checking your network connection. There’s a yearly subscription for domains which you’ll pay to your domain provider, 123. You can check your domain expiration date here:https://www.whois.com/whois/
Also, these sites are WordPress.org sites and we provide support for only WordPress.com sites here. Here is the difference:https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

ok thankyou, yes my 123 is still valid I checked with them, ok i shall check my internet and use the .org if need be. Thank you kindly :)
