PLEASE HELP

    I have purchased a domain with wordpress previously, the site was http://www.mysticconsultation.com I was directed to use Constant Contact as my email service and Zoho as the email related to the website. My website was listen on the Spamhaus DBL and now my site cannot be reached. I used my Zoho account to send the removal email from Spamhaus, but Zoho is saying I have to verify my domain. I cannot verify my domain because I cannot sign into my admin account on WP. I tried logging into WP using two different email addresses, however it is not showing me anything at all. I am VERY confused and in the middle of a course right now and NEED my website back up and my email account active.

    Hi @mysticconsultation, sorry you’re having trouble! It looks like your domain was purchased through Hostgator. Please reach out to them about fixing the email address on the domain so you can get it verified and get everything up and running again.

    Also, for next time, these forums are actually for the sites hosted on our servers. Our installation can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

    But this issue isn’t a WordPress issue at all so much as a domain problem, so start with the place where you bought it and they’ll help you iron things out. Good luck!
