Please help

Originally we had a wordpress website that was hoster by dreamhost and now we want to migrate that to go daddy, I think we need the IP address so that we can migrate it, I have asked dreamhost for help, they are contacting the original account holder I think and so can’t do anything until that happens. I really need some help as I am totally out of my depth when it comes to understanding all of this stuff.

this is the link to what we have right now, but I have no idea what I need to do to go from this to an actual live website on go daddy. I would really like to talk to someone over webchat or the phone so that they can walk me through the whole thing, is that even possible? -

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Dreamhost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or reach out directly to your new host, GoDaddy.
