  I sont understand why I am paying dreamhost and wordpress. Also I can not find my site which launched this morning should be on JuXcreates.com somehow it’s been changed to JuXcreates.blog? I was talking to an agent a while ago she was going to sort it out and we were disconnected

  juxcreates.com and juxcreates.blog are 2 completely different sites. juxcreates.com is hosted by Dreamhost, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=juxcreates.com, juxcreates.blog is hosted by wordpress.com, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=juxcreates.blog.

  hi, I noticed https://juxcreatesblog.wordpress.com/ is under another account. Did you want to log out and log in as that user so you can access it?

  Thankyou so much. The dreamhost account is now live so I need help with getting everything from there onto the wordpress account I cant do it all on my own being a novice I have no idea how and also dont have the time as running a biz. I have done it all once surely wordpress could help?

  wordpress.com can’t help you. You have to add all you sites yourself by connecting them with Jetpack to your wordpress.com account. Just install the Jetpack plugin on your wordpress.org sites.

  As @supernovia mentioned though, please note that the site juxcreatesblog.wordpress.com was created under a different account than the one you’re reaching out from. You will want to log out and log in to the correct account to be able to manage it.
