  My brother used my debit card to create a site. He stopped using the site last year and forgot abs the annual renewal. I was billed on 7/24 for $114. I stopped automatic renewal already but I wanted to know if there’s any way to get a refund even though I am past the 90 day period. This was an honest mistake, I hope you guys can help.

  From what I can see, the charge was done well within the refund window for the plan (not for the domain, unfortunately). I can see that a partial refund was already processed. You can see the details at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
  There are no other refundable charges on your account.
