Please help!

  I’ve created an account and want to delete it but have no records than my bank account showing I’ve paid $299. It’s not in my billing history or anything. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you saying you paid $299 for http://trustedbusinesssolutions.wordpress.com/? That appears to be a blog with no upgrades whatsoever. What does it say on your Dashboard Store page? Can you request a refund for the upgrades you purchased?

  Do you have any other usernames/accounts here at WordPress.com?

  There is the Business Bundle at $299, but again, there aren’t any transactions showing for your site, or when I search your username.

  Can you check with your bank, or possibly on your bank statement and see if there is any information that would help us with this?

  I’m going to talk with others here and have them take a look, but right now I can’t find any evidence that you purchased any upgrades under this username, trustedbusinesssolutions, or for this site: trustedbusinesssolutions.wordpress.com.

  All purchases at WordPress.com go through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, look and see if there is evidence there. A transaction ID# would help a lot.

  All it says is wp-fee,com and had a phone number next to it. Charge was made 5/2/2013

  If you can provide us with the 17-digit PayPal transaction ID, we would be able to verify account ownership. Even if you made the purchase by credit card, since PayPal is our sole payment processor, there is a 17-digit PayPal ID number associated with each transaction, which looks something like this: 4AB111111A111111X. Here are some instructions on finding the PayPal transaction ID, depending on which payment method you used:

  If you can’t find the transaction ID, you could call PayPal and ask them to provide it over the phone. Their customer service number is 1-888-221-1161.

  I just contacted Paypal and they provided me with the transaction ID, it is: 4gc478032m950801c. They also provided me with the receipt ID and that is: 5545622649522283.

  Oh yeah, good work!

  I don’t have access to the deep search for PayPal IDs, so let me ping someone to do the search and I’ll be back with the info as soon as I can.

  We found it. It was a WordPress.com Business upgrade for a different site, http://thebizbids.wordpress.com ? Is this your site?

  If so, to prove you are the owner of that site, log into that site with the other username and then post back into this thread.

  I have refunded the $299 Business bundle as you requested. Refunds take about a week to process and show up in your PayPal statement.
