Please Help!!! 'Add Media' button on new posts not working!!!!!

Please help me. This is the second time this has happened and I could cry. When starting a new post I am unable to add new media. The ‘Add Media’ tab does nothing. The page that is supposed to open no longer appears. The ‘Add Poll’ and ‘Add Contact Form’ tab both open up as normal but for some reason the media tab does nothing, except make the cursor disappear. The last time this happened I had to switch from google crome to firefox in order to be able to upload photos again. Suddenly now on my firefox browser I am having the same issue. I use me blog for my business, my customers are relying on me. Please help me as I am demented with this issue and can’t believe its happening again when I havn’t changed a thing on my browser. Thanks

In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

4. Try using another browser.
5. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(c) And what any error reports you receive state.It would also be very helpful if you could please take a screenshot at the point where you are having difficulties, and upload the image to your media library so Staff can examine it http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Out of timethief’s excellent suggestions, I would check to make sure that you have cookies enabled in your browsers (http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/) and that you don’t have any adblocker or other extensions running that might interfere.
Please try those first, and if they don’t work, work through timethief’s other suggestions, and if you’re still running into trouble, please let us know.

One more thing that would really help us pin this issue down.
Please report which browser(s) and browser versions you’re using, and please check for javascript errors in the browser.

(you can disregard steps 1 & 2 on that page, and just look for steps on finding errors in your particular browser).
