Please help ASAP ticket ID 1511384

    Hi there,

    We made a mistake on our end. We did not want the domain to be let go but just the website. Is there a way to reverse this so we can get our domain back? The domain was also used for our emails which has affected our accounts as well.

    This was the reply to my email. Please help ASAP

    The current account you’re reaching us from is not the owner of the domain, therefore we would need to get an email from you first from that address metioning this ticket ID 1511384. Once we hear from you, we’ll start the procedures to retrieve the domain, but please note that we cannot make any promises at this moment.
