PLEASE HELP! Best Website Template & Plugin for Review Style Site

    BEGINNER HELP PLEASE!

    I will be developing a review style website for multiple locations that dynamically populates the content based on the queried location, by retrieving it from a database where the information is stored. Thus, a single page approach will be used as opposed to separate URLs for each location.

    When the user leaves a review for a location on the templated page, included on that page will be selection buttons where the reviewer can select the specific department of the facility they are reviewing. In other words, there are multiple locations for each facility and that department selection will be required.

    Thereafter, when a visitor comes to the site and performs a query on a specific location, we will need the database to display those reviews by location, BUT ALSO by department.

    Can you please recommend the best WordPress website and Plugin for these functions. Thank you so much; this means a lot to me!
