PLEASE HELP: CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN?

  I was under a personal plan for a while, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I want the WordPress logo to be removed from my website. So then I look into the plans again, and in the Premium Plan, it clearly stated that ALL WordPress advertisement. SO I trusted it and upgraded my plan. BUT the WordPress logo is still there, and on that, it said I will need to upgrade again to a business account.

  It is just too much work, I would rather pay Squarespace for a personal portfolio is it’s taking that much work.

  My problem is, I already purchased my domain 2 months ago, but just upgraded my plan. Can I or will I get a refund?

  WordPress contact is unavailable until the 19th. Can someone please help!!! or provide a number where I can talk to their representative.

  Hi there

  I am sorry there was some confusion in picking out a plan. It looks like the WordPress logo can only be removed through the purchase of a business plan. The logo settings are listed in the Customizer under the Side Identity tab.

  It looks like the refund period for your domain has passed. The refund period for a plan is up to 30 days.

  Edit: You cannot completely delete a WordPress account. You can remove your information and leave it inactive as per the above link.

  This is referring to the option that allows you to remove ads from your site, not the WordPress.com branding.

  I am happy to process your refund. First, please confirm that you do not have plans to use xiaoying-design.com any longer? Once we cancel it, there’s a chance it will be purchased by another party and you’ll lose ownership.
