Please HELP – Can't access – Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection

  Hello, when I tried to fix this error:
  “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”
  My Site dashboard is not loading, I can’t disconnect it from Jetpack, nor access my plugins … or domains!
  I need to renew some of my domains and there is no way of me doing this! Please help. This is so ridiculous.
