Please help! Can't change tab colour in CSS K2 Lite theme

  hi there,

  I am trying to change my tab colours to show grey background and white text. I’m trying to change the tabs that are not selected. Because they are currently disappering against my image header in the background. But the current tab that you land on does show up white black font against white.

  I tried changing my CSS codes but it doesn’t work or I don’t seem to have the right subject line in place.

  To change the background image and link color for menu items in the K2-lite theme, use this:

  ul#nav li a {
  background: #333;
  color: #EEE;
  }

  You might also consider switching the colors on hover:

  ul#nav li a:hover {
  background: #EEE;
  color: #333 !important;
  }
