Please help, can't import contain from another blog

    Hello there, I’ve been trying to import contain from another blog, but nothing seems to be happening. It’s been now week when I tried (started) it, but all I get is a message that importing is in process. It says to contact support if nothing happens in 24 hours, but as I said, it’s been a week now. I’m really not the smartest with these technical issues, so I might have done something wrong. Problem is of course that if so, I don’t know what. The old blog contain that I’m trying to import is based on WordPress. Thanks.

    What do you mean by “based on WordPress”? Exactly where did this export file come from please?
