Please Help : can't login to my website and it said "fatal error"

  please help
  What happen was
  1 i working with my website ( http://www.thevault.hk)
  2 play around with theme
  3 got log out and can’t login for admin
  it’s showed
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function sanitize_hex_color_no_hash() in /home/dwpyoigk/public_html/wp-content/themes/simple-shop/theme/class-simple-shop-customizer.php on line 463

  or check the website
  it’s show

  and then I tried to login with wordpress.com again and
  it’s show the jetpack plugin log out to disconnect me from my website (how stupid i am) I did and now I lost my way back to my site.

  I have another admin account but can’t log in as well
  pleases help
