Please help! changing privacy settings

  Hi,

  I have the most basic question. How do i change the status of my blog from private to public? I’ve tried the same route countless times:
  Get support –> Settings –> Privacy Settings –> The shaded box that reads “Blog Visibility”

  However, even when I am logged in, I cannot unclick the bubble that says private, to the one that says, “I would like my blog to be available to everyone”.

  This seems like a very basic question but I cannot find a fix. ANY help would be greatly appreciated! I am brand new to blogging, and fairly computer illiterate and technologically challenged, but I really want to get further than this before I giving up!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  If that fails, have you tried a different browser?
