PLEASE HELP: completely messed up my organization's website
-
Hi everyone! Hoping someone can help.
Long story short: I went into my website, http://www.iowayouthwritingproject.org, and changed the web address to http://www.iywp.org (a domain that we also own). I had been having problems with the re-direct feature with our host so I thought (incorrectly) maybe there was a simple fix in WordPress. I realize this was a bad idea.
Now I can’t log in to my http://www.iowayouthwritingproject.com account to change it back because it keeps directing me to http://www.iywp.org as the log-in page, and I get an error.
What do I do? The entire site is down because of my bonehead move.
Thanks,
RachelThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And to be clear, I don’t need help with draftjournal.wordpress.com. I need help with http://www.iowayouthwritingproject.org, which is built with WordPress.

Hi there,
We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
