PLEASE HELP – domain owner has ghosted me and my domain is down

  She refuses to transfer ownership, even though she created the website as a volunteer two years ago, long before I started, and offered to pay for the domain indefinitely. I am the sole employee working here since November. I have tried contacting the domain owner via e-mail, her job, Facebook, and LinkedIn to no avail. I am the Executive Director of a non-profit homeless coalition and because of the ‘owner’ refusing to engage with me for whatever reason, I now don’t have a business website or access to my work e-mails for the past 13 days. PLEASE help me transfer ownership of my business site to me. I don’t understand why anyone would want to volunteer to help a non-profit create a website, pay for domain ownership, and then never transfer it to the organization. It’s bizarre and frustrating.

  We can’t help as only the owner of a domain can transfer it to you or the organization. You must solve this problem yourself one way or another.
