Please help, double charge for non-existent site(s?)

    I was charged twice on my credit card for sites that do not operate, (I don’t even know what one of them could be?) and I just want to cancel them but there is no option to do that in my account. How do I cancel and get a refund? Help! I just want to talk to someone!

    I don’t see any upgrades or any charges in your account. For which sites were you charged for upgrades? I need the full URLs of the sites, please.
