  Hello, I’m using theme called Example. Live preview HERE.
  There are “+” mark on the menu that shows there are a sub menu.

  I want to get rid of “+”. What do I need to do?

  I want to change color (or transparency rate) of the background image of the images when mouseover it. (on Home page, if you mouseover the image, image changes to transparent black with title of the image). I want to change the color to light gray.
  Please help! Thanks!!!

  @kikion, since the Theme Forest theme, Example, is not available here at WordPress.com, I assume you are talking about a self-hosted WordPress.org installation which are supported at http://wordpress.org/support/ . These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  I would suggest contacting the theme designer, or posting in the themes and templates section of the self-hosted WordPress.org forums.
