PLEASE HELP: Entire theme is gone and plan is reverted

    My website, sparkmagazinetx.com is on a business plan for which we pay monthly. A few days ago it was working just fine, supporting our externally bought theme from Theme Forest. I checked today and not only was our theme entirely wiped out, but our plan seems to have been reverted back to the basic free one. PLEASE HELP, why did this happen and how can we revert the settings? I cannot access the live support feature that we pay for now because it reads in the backend that we are on the free plan.

    Hi there,

    The site at sparkmagazinetx.com does not belong to the account you’re using to post here. You are an admin on the site, but the site belongs to sparkmagazinetx. It no longer has the Business Plan, because that account didn’t renew the plan before it expired a week ago.

    We don’t offer monthly payments on WordPress.com. The Business Plan is paid for annually, and the last payment we received for that site was in August 2018.

    Please ask the owner of that site, sparkmagazinetx, to open their own support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and we can help them buy a new Business Plan for the site.
